Ipswich COA Today: Living Smart, Living Well
Ipswich COA Today: Living Smart, Living Well is a half hour monthly show that highlights programs and events provided by the Ipswich Council on Aging (Senior Center). This show also covers topics that are important to seniors and their caregivers. Some of the programs and events discussed are the fitness programs, trips, lunches, holiday fairs, quilting group, group discussions, and much more.
